A safety device is provided with a collision detector 66, which detects the collision of vehicles, and a power source breaker CB, which breaks a fusible link 20 so as to cut the circuit between a battery BT and car-mounted, electrical apparatuses at the time of the collision. The car-mounted electrical equipment is divided into breaking and non-breaking and the power source breaker CB is arranged so that only breaking electrical equipment may be broken from the battery BT by the action of the power source breaker CB. In addition, a return switch 58 is prepared in another route than that for the power source breaker CB, so that the power supply to the breaked electrical equipment can be reopened by (now) closing the return switch 58 after the breaking of the power source.
