Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from getting burnt or the like in the preparing stage in an injecting formation.
SOLUTION: In the light alloy injection forming machine provided with a heating cylinder and a screw rotated in this heating cylinder and drived in the axial direction and injecting molten light alloy into a metallic mold from an injection nozzle 23 by shifting in the axial direction of the screw, a safety device in this light alloy injection forming machine has the constitution arranged with a shut-off plate 37 between a safety door 34 at the operating side of a mold fastening device 50 and a tie-rod 41.
