A socket 21 is surrounded by a cover 71. Accordingly, a worker can not operate a sleeve 25 without rotating a lever 43 downward when the safety device 1 is detached from a plug 71 of piping 166. Thus, the socket 21 of the safety device 1 can not be detached from the plug 71 of the piping 166. Therefore, the safety device 1 is prevented from jumping up and down caused by the pressure in the container 100. As a result, the safety can be further enhanced.
