Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure safety of workers, by so constituting that engaged stop of a stopping member with a cam is released and a door close signal is transmitted when a rotating plate is separated from the cam by an operation key, when a door is closed and the operation key is inserted to the inserting hole of a safety device.
CONSTITUTION: When a door is in an open state, an operation key 7 provided in the door is drawn out from a safety device 10 and a cam 24 comes in an operating state. Consequently, a moving contact for generating a door open signal is bridged to a fixed contact by the moving contact block of a switch and the door open signal is transmitted, and operation of a machine is inhibited. When next the door is closed, the engaging part 92 of the operation key 7 enters into a receiving part 25 of the cam 24 through an inserting hole 21, right & left rotating plates 71, 72 of a stopping mechanism are pushed outward by both side edges of the operation key 7, then stopping members 73, 74 are moved in the same direction, and stopping pieces 77, 78 are removed from an engaging part 31. When rotation of the cam 24 is allowed by this and the door comes in its complete close state, a close door signal is transmitted.
