Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a situation where a worker getting in a work bench makes contact with a trolley wire to get an electric shock when a high lift work is effected on a track.
SOLUTION: The safety device comprises an iron wheel position detector 56 to detect whether a iron wheel 16 is positioned in an overhanging position; and a pantograph attitude detector 125 to detect whether a pantograph 120 is in an overhanging attitude. A regulation part 81 of a controller 80 outputs a regulation signal to prohibit the movement of the working bench 40 when it is detected by the pantograph attitude detector 125 that the pantograph 120 is not in an overhanging attitude. On received of the regulation signal the operation control part 81 ignores operation signals inputted from operation levers 61-64.
