A collision detector 66 detecting vehicle collision, and a main fusible like FE1 disconnecting an electric conductor for fuse 20 to intercept between a battery BT and on-vehicle electrical equipment during detecting vehicle collision, are provided. A carriage return circuit 60 is parallelly provided to the electric conductor for fuse 20, and another electric conductor for fuse 61 and an open circuit part 64 are arranged in series to the carriage return circuit 60.
