Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve safety by providing a movable pulley which is energized in one direction and at least three sensors provided along the moving guide passage thereof, as a mechanism for winding a lope which connects a winch and a wall-face walking machine. CONSTITUTION:A stand 2 and a winch 3 are provided on a base 1 on which moving wheels 4 and a fixing support leg 5 are provided, and two fixed pulleys 6, 7 are provided on the stand 2 while fixing a pair of guide members 9, 9 in the vertical direction thereto. A movable pulley 8 is provided vertically movably along the guide passage of the guide members 9 and is energized downward by means of a spring 10. A lope R is wound around these pulleys 6, 7, 8 and one end of the lope R is linked to the winch 3. By providing sensors 11a-11c for detecting the passage of the movable pulley 8 along the guide members 9 on the stand 2, the winch 3 is controlled in accordance with the outputs of the sensors to control the position of the movable pulley 8 to be kept in a defined range.
