To surely secure safety of a person entering an automatic working area and easily restart the operation of the automatic working device after the person enters.

A PC 43 of a controller 17 responds to the output of an operation switch 14 before a person enters and transmits a command signal to a sequencer 44. The sequencer 44 transmits a control signal to stop an operation to an automatic working device within an entering object area and transmits control signals for unlocking and turning on to an electric lock 15 and a display light 18 after the operation is stopped. The PC 43 responds to the output of the operation switch 14 and the output of a detection sensor 16 after the person enters and transmits a command signal to the sequencer 44. The sequencer 44 transmits control signals for locking and turning off to the electric lock 15 and the display light 18 and transmits a control signal to restart the operation to the automatic working device within the entering object area. The automatic working device during the working operation continues the operation till the working operation is finished, even if the control signal to stop the operation is received.
