Abstract:
PURPOSE:To assure the safety of a control subject against the runaway of a program caused in a normal way by providing an OFF control means which turns off the power supply of the control subject regardless of the signal which is outputted to the control subject from a control means which outputs a signal to actuate the control subject. CONSTITUTION:A control means 1 consists of a CPU 11 and a D/A converter 12 which converts the digital control signal outputted from the CPU 11 into an analog signal. A control subject 2 serving as a heater device which is controlled by the digital control signal can input an action signal via the means 1 and also the signal given from an OFF control means 3 which forcibly turns off a power supply 22 which is applied to the subject 2. Thus the supply 22 of the subject 2 can be turned off regardless of the signal outputted to the subject 2. As a result, the unnecessary load can be prevented to the subject 2.
