A range defining part 1 defining the range of the values of K parameters by inputting K functions individually expressing uncertainty of K parameter values for substituting in advection-dispersion equations, a parameter set formation part 2 forming N groups of parameter sets in total by repeating N times, a series of works of extracting one each sample value from the range of K parameter values with Monte Carlo sampling, combining the extracted K sample values and forming a group of parameter set, an analyzer 3 substituting the N groups of parameter sets in the advection-dispersion equations and calculating N types of analysis results, and an integrator 4 outputting the distribution of the analysis results are provided.
