This vehicle safety light has a body frame, front and back frames, a safety light body detachable to a handle and saddle, an emitter which is placed in the safety light body and can be visualized from the outside, a rechargeable battery placed in the safety light body and a piezoelectric generator connected to the rechargeable battery. The piezoelectric generator is structured so that plural piezoelectric ceramic bodies are formed out of layered ceramic bodies, they are disposed and electricity is generated by making them collide with each other.
