To effectively utilize the safe operating range of a boom increased in the sus-lock operation state by selecting the drive wheel storage state safe operating range only when the extension of iron wheels and the storage of travel drive wheels are detected.
A sus-lock detecting means 12 detects the storage and fixing of travel drive wheels with a sus-lock device and is fitted to the sus-lock device. A memory means 13 stores the drive wheel storage state safe operating range which is the safe operating range of a boom in the sus-lock operation state. A safety limit signal output section 11 selects the drive wheel storage state safe operating range in the safe operating range corresponding to the boom attitude only when an iron wheel extension detecting means 10 detects the extension of iron wheels and the sus-lock detecting means 12 detects the storage of travel drive wheels. When the travel drive wheels are stored from the track travel state, the work safety is monitored by the drive wheel storage state safe operating range suited to the expanded safe operating range.
