To provide a safety switch having a certain stoppable driving mechanism, which allows to execute a fixed freedom of rotation or the like of a working head without changing the condition of the component of a switch even the switch is small.
The safety position switch has a push rod acting on the electrical equipment of a contact block or the like through a stoppable transmission mechanism actuated by the push rod responding to the movement of an actuator connected to the equipment to be safety. The transmission mechanism 12 is provided with a rotary lever 40 that can take a stopping position or a stopping release position. The push rod gives the rotary lever a force to rotate the lever by the parallel movement of the push rod. The rotary lever has an arm 43 having a disturbing member 44 that can contact to the stopping head 23 in the direction crossing to the principal axis X at the stopping position of the lever.
