PURPOSE: To prevent the information of a directory system from being destroyed and to protect the privacy of the information by checking the possibility of access to the information of the directory system for the unit of an operation.

CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted of a sub system group 12 and a directory system 13. And, the system has a directory system access program 14 to access the information of the directory system 13, an organization information 15 consisting of a database registering country names, organization names, organization unit names, organization member names, addresses and ages, certification control information 16 consisting of a database registering the user names of directory system users, passwords and right of access, a directory system control program 17 to hold and manage the organization information 15 and the certification control information 16, a user management table 18 to store the access rights of users, and a safety protection program 19 to check the possibility of access to the organization information 15.
