To provide a safety razor which can prevent skin from getting into the inside of a shaving contact line, can reduce unshaved parts at a cutting edge area as much as possible, and furthermore can reduce the number of parts and the number of assembling man-hour.
A safety razor 10 includes a blade fitting piece 34 provided to support a plurality of blade support elements 30 against a blade stand 20, covered with a cap member 80, and bent forward relative to the upper part of each blade support element 30. Thus, a first razor blade 40, a second razor blade 50, and a third razor blade 60 are fixed to a bottom surface of each blade fitting piece 34. The safety guard 70 is arranged ahead of a blade edge of each blade support element 30 and a rear of a cap member 80 is arranged at the back of each of the razor blades 40, 50, 60. A skin contacting part 39 is arranged on a top surface of each blade fitting piece 34 in such a way that the blade edge and a skin contacting part 39 are positioned at the shaving contact line S or in the vicinity of the shaving contact line S between a top surface of a safety guard 70 and a rear top surface of the cap member 80.
