To provide a safety rope with hook capable of automatically removing the twist thereof when the rope is tensely installed.

The end part of the rope 1 is connected to the rear end part of a hook 10 through a coupling device 20a. The coupling device 20a comprises a channel-shaped coupling body 21a coupled to the end part of the rope 1 and a channel-shaped coupling body 21b coupled to the rear end part of the hook 10 rotatably coupled to each other through a coupling pin 24. When the rope is twisted when tensely installed, the rope side coupling body 21a is rotated by a twisting force relative to the hook side coupling body 21b to automatically remove the twisting of the rope 1.
