PURPOSE: To provide a baby safety seat that is able to house a leg part equipped with necessary wheels in time of use as a baby car, into a seat and further to mount it on a car seat in keeping a baby placed on a seat cushion intact and to alter it into the baby car.
CONSTITUTION: In the case where a baby safety seat 1 is used as a child seat, two legs 21, 22 and a rear leg 23 are folded each and housed in a leg part housing box 11. Likewise, when this seat 1 is used as a baby car, the front legs 21, 22 and the rear leg 23 being housed in the leg part housing box 11 are all drawn out and extended longer. In succession, these front legs 21, 22 and the rear leg 23 are clamped by a latch member, and thereby this safety seat 1 travels as a baby car by means of three wheels 24, 25 and 28 installed in these front and rear legs 21, 22 and 23.
