To provide a safety shoes with exhaust device and its production device and production method which keep air in a shoe body clean by exhausting contaminated air in the shoe into the outside continuously.

Between a shoe body 1 and a sole body 2, an exhaust device 50 is provided by an injection molding production method and production device which produce a middle sole body 4 with the exhaust device 50 in one body, and the exhaust device 50 consists of an air pump 52 and an air hose 54 provided in the sole plate of the shoe body 1 and the middle sole body 4. To produce this safety shoes, the shoe body 1 is fixed to a support frame 24, the exhaust device 50 is attached, a block plate 58 is attached to the bottom of the exhaust device 50 and sealed, and the support frame is vertically lowered to embed the exhaust device 50 into the middle sole body 4. To realize this, an injection molding device which is composed of a 'L'-shaped projection part and a fixing device is provided at inside of an upper side mold and the support frame, and one end of the air hose 54 to which an exhaust choke valve 74 is connected is exposed to the outside with the air hose 54 embedded into the middle sole body 4.
