Consequently, for example, when the opening/closing condition of the normally open switch 85 and the normally close switch 86 is monitored, it can be determined whether the locking body 80 is moved to the locked position or to the unlocked position, that is, whether rotation of a drive cam 15 is in the locked condition or in the unlocked condition.
