To provide a safety switch enabling an operator to exit from inside a divided region by a simple operation while avoiding the large-sizing and weight increase of an actuator unit.

The safety switch 11 is composed of the actuator unit 12 and a switch body 13. The actuator unit 12 includes: the outside handle 14; the inside handle 15; and an actuator engaged with the switch body 13, and further includes a pressing member interlocked with an inside handle 15. Meanwhile, a rotating cam engaged with the actuator, a lock plate for locking the engaged state, and a lock release button for releasing the lock are provided in the switch body 13. While releasing the lock by rotating the inside handle 15 to make the pressing member press the lock release button, the actuator can be extracted from the switch body 13.
