Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the safety test more effective and to achieve the safe operation of a plant by positively utilizing the history of the safety tests on the next safety test. CONSTITUTION:A test-result judging part 18 judges whether an apparatus is excellent or not based on the data obtained by the safety test, and a test instruction processing part 17 gives the instruction for performing the safety test periodically to the control device of the apparatus and gives the instruction for performing the safety test again to the control device of the apparatus when it is judged that the apparatus is defective by the safety test, are provided.
