To prevent a lowering of sealing function due to heat by assembling a safety valve device by only fitting a member thereby to eliminate the need for a welding process.
A valve seat body 15 of synthetic resin is superposed on an end of a filter element 3 and a bypass hole 16 is drilled therein. A spring receiver 21 is mounted to a supporter part 19 formed integrally with the inner surface of the body 15 so as not to laterally slip so that a second spring body (coil spring) 18 supported by the receiver 21 presses a valve body 17 against the valve seat body 15 to close the hole 16. A first spring body (plate spring or coil spring) is attached to a locking claw 21 formed on the outer surface of the body 15 so that the filter element 3 is pressed and fixed by means of the first spring body 12.
