Abstract:
The valve has a construction that provides the following features. It allows the reservoir to be ventilated when it is arranged at a position inclined to its initial position. It prevents liquid being ejected when the reservoir is inclined, or when waves are formed on the surface of the liquid. It automatically closes the reservoir if it is tipped. It controls the usable volume of the reservoir and prevents the reservoir from being filled above a predetermined level. It allows gas to be released from the reservoir as the reservoir is filled. The regulator uses a valve with a flexible joint.
