Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety valve capable of restricting occurrence of phenomenon of vibration of a valve body when the valve body is moved away from a valve hole.SOLUTION: This invention provides a safety valve in which a valve chamber 16 is formed with an annular salient 16a having annular shape as seen in its top plan view that becomes salient in a direction where a valve body 5a is arranged around a valve hole 17 and moved away from the valve hole 17 along a center axis of the valve hole 17, the valve body 5a is formed with an annular concavity 5d having annular shape as seen in its top plan view in a direction where the valve body 5a is moved away from the valve hole 17 along the center axis of the valve hole 17, the annular salient 16a is stored in the annular concavity 5d under a cut-off state where the valve 5a is contacted with the valve hole 17, and an annular flow passage 19 having annular shape as seen in its top plan view extending toward the center axis is formed between an outer circumferential surface 16b of the annular salient 16a and an inner circumferential surface 5e of the annular concavity 5d.
