Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture with high nondefective ratio even if the precision is improved. The conventional manufacturing method has the fault so that the nondefective ratio is reduced if the precision of the free length is improved, because the free length of coil spring is detected and judged whether it is good or not after manufacturing by making the length of wire stock, so warp is generated on the free length of coil due to many kinds of factors, in the coil spring that the free length is required constant and the property is required to enter in the prescribed range.
CONSTITUTION: At the manufacturing process, by detecting the free length of coil spring of reaching to a length which is subtracted with the length of finish turn end part, the coiling of finish turn end is started due to the detected signal and cut at the time that the turn end coiling is finished, the required wire length is measured at the same time and selected by checking the wire length whether the wire length is in the prescribed range or not.
