The goods information is transmitted and received among an electronic tag recording the goods information in advance, a shopping cart for loading and carrying the goods with the electronic tags, and an electronic tag attached to the shopping cart, in a non-contact state. A client sums up the prices of the goods on the basis of the goods information recorded in the electronic tags taken in and out with respect to the shopping cart. The total price obtained by summing up the prices of the taken in and out goods, is displayed on a display device mounted on the shopping cart.
