Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salient-pole rotor with a support structure capable of preventing deformation to a portion projecting from an end of a magnetic pole core of a winding and achieving a simple structure and light weight as well as little influence upon cooling performance.SOLUTION: The salient-pole rotor 1 includes a W-shape coil retainer 9 for restraining a displacement of the salient-pole rotor 1 of a coil end 3a of a winding 3 projecting in a rotating shaft direction of the salient-pole rotor 1 from an end of a magnetic pole core having a plurality of salient poles 2a. A proximal of the W-shape coil retainer 9 is inserted in a space between the adjacent salient poles 2a to be sandwiched between the adjacent salient poles 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
