Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of refined sea salt or granular salt uniformly blended with a component such as flavoring and seasoning.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: (a) mixing salt and a component without adding additional water, the component containing no water; (b) pressing the salt together with the component without adding additional water, so as to form a coagulated composition; and (c) pulverizing the coagulated composition into a size of composition containing particles composed of the salt and the component which are substantially uniformly blended. The salt is made of refined sea salt or granular salt.
