Abstract:
To provide a salt extraction method from an empty fruit bunch of oil palm and a salt extraction device thereof capable of performing desalinization more efficiently than before, as well as, of achieving enhancement in work efficiency and cost reduction.SOLUTION: A salt extraction method from an empty fruit bunch of oil palm and a salt extraction device thereof, for extracting salt which is a by-product produced when palm oil is extracted from oil palm fruits, perform salt extraction process of making the empty fruit bunch into a fiber state to obtain empty fruit bunch fibers, and then causing a solvent to flow relative to the empty fruit bunch fibers, so as to extract the salt contained in the empty fruit bunch fibers into the solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
