Abstract:
To provide a salt production facility capable of producing a natural salt from seawater by efficiently concentrating seawater in a short time without requiring wide space and independent upon the weather condition.
This salt production facility is provided with a steam heated concentrating kettle 3 using steam from outside as the heating source, and a preheating tank 2 to preheat seawater to be fed to the steam heated concentrating kettle 3 by the high temperature hot water discharged from the steam heated concentrating kettle 3.
