Abstract:
To provide a soy sauce squeezing device for providing fresh soy source, using soy source strained lees as a food material, and using visible fungus effective to body, such as lactic acid bacteria or yeast used for manufacturing soy sauce.SOLUTION: There is provided a soy sauce squeezing device comprises; a drawstring bag 1 hung at a state housing unrefined materials; a stripping part 2 for handing hung drawstring bag 1; and a vessel 3 for receiving soy sauce dropped from the drawstring bag 1 by stripping with the stripping part 2, in which the stripping part 2 has an open hole 4 to which an upper part of the hung drawstring bag 1 and which handles unrefined material housing part 6 below the drawstring bag with a load of the stripping part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
