Abstract:
To provide a simple and quick sample evaluation method based on a crossed reaction sensing method with which it is possible to complement the defects of analysis based on a specific probe.SOLUTION: Provided is a sample evaluation method using a multichannel sensor chip, the multichannel sensor chip including a flow path communicating with a sample introduction port and discharge port and a plurality of channels arranged with a space therebetween on the surface that defines the flow path, each channel being provided with a probe group fixed to a metal thin film, the probe group including a probe molecule capable of nonspecifically interacting with a substance in a sample, the probe groups fixed to the plurality of channels being different from each other. The sample evaluation method includes: (1) a step for introducing a sample into the multichannel sensor chip; (2) a step for obtaining a surface plasmon resonance response pattern of the sensor chip; and (3) a step for evaluating the sample on the basis of the surface plasmon resonance response pattern obtained in the step (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
