Abstract:
To stably and certainly crimp a sample to a holding material.SOLUTION: A sample fixing device 100 is equipped with a holding base portion 105 holding a sample body 113, a pressing member 107 that is a member for pressing a sample of the sample body 113 and opposes to the holding base portion 105 each other, and a pair of sandwiching members 110 that are members oppositely disposed at an interval in a left-and-right direction, each include a storage portion 139 storing a first outer edge portion 123 and a second outer edge portion 134, and move so as to change the interval in the left-and-right direction of the storage portion 139. The storage portion 139 is engaged with the second outer edge portion 134 on an inclined surface inclining in a vertical direction, thereby pressing the second outer edge portion 134 to gradually move downward as they get closer to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
