Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample-and-hold amplifier circuit of which power consumption can be reduced.
SOLUTION: A switch 10 for connecting and cutting an operational amplifier stage is provided between an operational amplifier stage 2 and an inverting amplifier stage 3. In a first operation phase &phiv 1, switches 7, 9 are changed to be on a &phiv 1 side and a switch 8 is conducted, and the switch 10 for connecting and cutting the operational amplifier stage is made non-conductive. Thereby, sampling of an output signal is performed and the prescribed electric charges are accumulated in capacitors 4, 5. In a second operation phase &phiv 2, the switches 7, 9 are changed to be on a &phiv 2 side, the switch 8 is made non-conductive, and the switch 10 for connecting and cutting the operational amplifier stage is conducted. Thereby, operational amplifying of sampling voltage is performed. In the next first operation phase &phiv 1, voltage VOUT being operational-amplified is held to an output terminal of the operational amplifier stage 2 by making the switch 10 for connecting and cutting the operational amplifier stage non- conductive.
