Abstract:
To provide a sample holder for measuring dielectric characteristics of a film-like or plate-like sample with higher accuracy, and to provide an open resonator using the sample holder.SOLUTION: A sample holder 20 for holding a sample to be subjected to measurement of dielectric characteristics includes: a holding case 21A as a first holding case having a magnetic body 26; and a holding case 21B as a second holding case disposed so as to face the holding case 21A and having a magnet 27 at a position facing the magnetic body 26. The sample holder 20 holds a sample between the holding case 21A and the holding case 21B by attractive force generated between the magnetic body 26 and the magnet 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
