If the irregularity in the intensity of the transmitted light at each position of the incident window 14 is prevented, the light incident on the light absorbing sample 11 can be stabilized. Accordingly, the sample 91 for measuring the concentration of the component can accurately measure the absorbance of the light absorbing sample.
