Abstract:
To provide a sample observation method and a sample observation device that can execute multi-modal observation of a sample with a simple optical system.SOLUTION: A sample observation device 1 comprises: a light source unit 2 that outputs, as excitation light Le, a pulse train Lc in which a plurality of beams of pulse light L different in center wavelength are arranged at a predetermined time interval; a measuring unit 3 that performs time-resolved measurement of response light Lr from a sample S according to irradiation with the beams of pulse light L included in the pulse train Lc while scanning the sample S with the excitation light Le, and acquires measurement data for the beams of pulse light L; and a processing unit 22 that, based on excitation spectra of each of targets included in the sample S, executes linear separation processing on the measurement data of the beams of pulse light L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
