Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample plate for sample injection suitable for a multicapillary electrophoretic device.
SOLUTION: An electrode plate 104 of a sample plate 100 is mounted on an electrophoretic device body, and a plug 106 is inserted into a high voltage line connecting hole 107 to be connected to a high voltage cable. Each well 102 in a base plate 101 is inserted into a through hole of a well guide 103, and it is pressed in and engaged with a recess 105 of the electrode plate 104 to fix the base plate 101 to the electrode plate 104. A sample is fed into each well 102 in the base plate 101, one end of a capillary is dipped in to the well 102, and a migration potential is impressed to inject the sample into the capillary electrophoretically.
