When forming the minute gap 58, a reagent is led in the sample 22 stuck to the sample fixing face 54 to bring the sample 22 into a reagent infiltrating state. A strip line 36 formed in the substrate 46 supplies a radio wave to the sample 22 in the reagent infiltrating state.
