Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a sampling control system with high stability and high accuracy, by using the value obtained by multiplying the difference value between the sampling input value at a certain time point and the sampling input value at one preceding time point by a proper coefficient in order to obtain the sampling value at the corresponding time point. CONSTITUTION:Displacement components epsilonx,n, epsilony,n and epsilonz,n of axes X, Y and Z which are sampled at a time point (n) are stored in registers 21X, 21Y and 21Z respectively. At the same time, displacement components epsilonx,n-1, epsilony,n-1 and epsilonz,n-1 of each axis which are sampled at a time point (n-1) are stored in registers 22X, 22Y and 22Z respectively. Then arithmetic parts 23X, 23Y and 23Z perform operations by means of a proper coefficient (m) and deliver each result of operation to addition parts 24X, 24Y and 24Z respectively. As a result, the apparent displacement degree of each axis obtained at the time point (n) is supplied to a copying control circuit 26 from parts 24X, 24Y and 24Z respectively.
