PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work to sample an unconsolidated sample from a ground improvement body being constructed and to simplify the constitution of a sampling device.SOLUTION: A sampling device includes: a casing 112 which is connected to a rotary rod and provided with an opening 124B for taking in an unconsolidated sample at a bottom part thereof; an inner lid 126 which is provided at the bottom part of the casing 112 rotatably on the axis of the rotary rod, and opens and closes the opening 124B; a blade 128 which is connected to rotate integrally with the inner lid 126, and serves as a resistance to the rotation of the casing 112 by the rotary rod in a ground improvement body; and a stopper 124C which stops the inner lid 126 from rotating in one direction relatively to the casing 112 at a position where the inner lid 126 opens the opening 124B, and stops the inner lid 126 at a position where the opening 124B is closed when the casing 112 is rotated by the rotary rod in the other rotating direction relatively to the inner lid 126.
