Abstract:
To provide a sampling device which can be easily attached to existing coating devices by a simple structure, and with which it is yet possible to reliably conduct the management of a coating process.SOLUTION: A sampling device 10 is composed of a sample takeout unit 30 for taking a tablet 3 in a coating pan 2 out of the device as a sample and a weight measurement unit 50 for measuring the weight of the collected sample. The sample takeout unit 30 includes a blow sampling device 33 provided with two blow nozzles 31, 32. The blow nozzle 31 restrains the rolling motion of the tablet 3 to form a wavy part 82 and jetting compressed air from the blow nozzle 32 to a crest part 82a so as to remove the tablet 3 from the coating pan 2. The collected sample is sent out to the sample weight measurement unit 50. The sample weight measurement unit 50 includes a counting unit 51 and a weighting unit 52, the number of samples being counted by the counting unit 51, the weight of these being measured by the weighing unit 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
