Abstract:

To provide a sand blast device, easily restraining damage of a transport roller.

This sand blast device 100 includes: a transport roller 153 for transporting a substrate 600; and guns 161, 162 for injecting cutting material and reciprocating in the direction substantially intersecting the transport direction of the substrate 600. The turning parts R11, R12 of reciprocating movement of the gun 161 and the turning parts R13, R14 of reciprocating movement of the gun 162 are set to locate outside the outer edge of the transport roller 153. Therefore, the transport roller 153 does not exist below the turning parts R11, R14, whereby the transport roller 153 is not cut by the guns 161, 162 decreased in moving speed in the vicinity of the turning parts R11, R14, so that damage of the transport roller 153 can be easily restrained.
