Abstract:
To provide a grit cleaning device which can efficiently clean grit with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A grit cleaning device has: a grit cleaning tank 10; and a grit carry-out conveyor 70 which is installed inclining upward from the upstream side to the downstream side in a grit a discharge direction at an inner bottom part of the grit cleaning tank 10. The grit cleaning device 1 carries out the grit a, placed into the grit cleaning tank 10 and cleaned, with the grit carry-out conveyor 70. An upper part of the grit carry-out conveyor 70 located at the inner bottom part of the grit cleaning tank 10 is covered with a screen 29 provided with openings 33 each having a size that allows the grit a to be inserted to separate refuse from the grit a. An air supply pipeline 31 which supplies air b and discharges the air b from the openings 33 of the screen 29 is installed at the lower surface side of the screen 29 to prevent refuse settled on the screen 29 from clogging the openings 33. Concurrently, aeration is performed with the air b in the grit cleaning tank 10 to perform stirring cleaning of the grit a more effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
