Title:
KARMAN'S VORTEX FLOWMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3123307
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of measurement accuracy when an amplifier case resonates due to external vibration and affect to the detector of Karman's vortex.
CONSTITUTION: Around the cylindrical edge of a support stage 12, two rows of grooves are provided and O-rings 15 are coupled there. In the middle of the two O-rings 15, a round hole concaves 12a having bottom are drilled from both sides in the diameter direction and bolts 17 are inserted with gaps at the ends. These bolts 17 function as stoppers limiting the moving range in the end axis direction between the case 13 and the support stage 12 end. Thus, the case 13 is inserted in the end of the support stage 12 putting two O-rigs 15 in between and supported and so, even if the case 13 resonates to external vibration, it hardly transmits to such a detector as piezoelectric element 7 contained in the support stage 12 end and measurement accuracy is maintained. Furthermore, the movable range of the case against the support stage 12 end in the axis direction is limited.
