PURPOSE: To easily treat a packing material or a napkin after use, by arranging a cover packing material made openable by providing a perforation and having a plurality of adhesive surfaces provided to the inner surface thereof and the adhesive sheet parts opposed to a plurality of the adhesive surfaces provided to the inner surface of said cover packing material.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of use, a perforation line 3 is torn to take out a foldable napkin 1. The adhesive surfaces 4, 5 of a cover packing material 2 are released from the adhesive sheet parts 7, 8 of the napkin 1. The napkin 1 is spread in a sheet form in the direction shown by an arrow and the cover packing material 2 is also spread in the direction shown by an arrow. The surface of the napkin 1 of the sheet like body is applied to the privates and the adhesive sheet parts 7, 8 are applied to the inner surface of underwear. After use, the napkin 1 is rolled up to fix the cover packing material 2 by the adhesive sheet part 7 and the napkin 1 is mutually fixed by the adhesive sheet part 8. By this method, the used napkin is perfectly wrapped in the cover packing material 2 and can be sanitarily treated.
