A device is composed of a toilet seat opening/shutting handle 2 and a toilet seat lever 3 combined through a lever center axis 4 inside a C-type lever fixing plate 5. And the device is formed into a box by a fixing plate stabilizing leg 6, and integrated with a toilet cover opening/shutting handle 1 for fitting onto the toilet seat with a handle metal fitting 7. In the device, the toilet seat opening/shutting handle 1 is fitted onto the toilet cover, where difficulties in opening/shutting operation for the toilet for women and for defecating can be eliminated only by operation of the toilet seat opening/shutting handle 1.
