PURPOSE: To obtain a sanitary internal lining body to be removably fitted on the internal surface of a footwear, and the closing footwear using the internal lining body by forming the sanitary internal lining body with a film or a sheet, and by forming it in a shape along the internal surface of the instep of the footwear.

CONSTITUTION: The sanitary internal lining body 30 of a closing footwear 1 is fanned with a film or a sheet, and the film or the sheet has flexibility and so it is variably fitted in the internal section of the footwear 1. A main body 3 is removably set along the internal surface of the instep 2 of the footwear 1. Besides, in this case, in the main body 3, sanitary agent 4 is retained, and the footwear 1 is formed with a porous sheet so that the internal section air of the footwear 1 may come more efficiently in contact with the sanitary agent 4 retained in the main body 3. When the shape- retaining property of the closing footwear 1 is low, then by applying a shape-retaining force to the main body 3 to a proper degree, the closing footwear 1 can be prevented from being deformed. For the sanitary agent 4 to be retained in the main body 3, one sort, two sorts, or more among moisture-absorbing agent, antimicrobial agent, pas-teurization agent, antimold, and deodorant, for example is or are used to be selected.
