PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitting and absorbing ability at the crotch, in particular, at a bleeding port. SOLUTION: This napkin having elastically flexible members 22A, 22B, 22B for a gathered cuff sheet 21 at both sides of a product is provided with a gathered cuff 20 which rises at the skin side of a user with the contraction of the elastically flexible members 22A, 22B, 22B during mounting the product. An absorbing element 10 has a high-center portion 12 at the center in the cross direction along the longitudinal direction across a bleeding port, which is high at the side of usage. The contraction of the gathered cuff 20 operates in the range of length corresponding to the range across the bleeding port. Embosses 50 are formed at both sides of the high-center portion 12A of the absorbing element 10 in the range of the length across the bleeding port. Each of the embosses 50 has swelling embosses 50A, 50A swelling outward in the cross direction of the bleeding port beyond a front side emboss 50B and a rear side emboss 50C.
