To provide a sanitary-paper-containing carton that eliminates the need to stick a window film for covering a take-out hole to the internal face of of a face having the take-out hole (opening) of the box, that makes it easy to take out sanitary paper such as tissue paper, and keeps the paper popped up such that the paper is hindered from falling within the box.

The sanitary-paper-containing carton has the narrow, long take-out hole in at least either the upper or lower face of the box in the direction of the length of the box and also has no films on the inside of the face that has the take-out hole. In such a carton, the take-out hole includes a bandlike removable portion 13 in the middle area of either the upper or lower face of the box, the removable portion 13 being defined by two or two pairs of opening cut lines 11a and 11b that extend in the direction of the length of the box so that they are a specific distance spaced from each other. Further, the take-out hole includes end removable parts defined by end cut lines 12a and 12b continuing to the opening cut lines and also includes finger hole formation cut lines 19 defined inside the end cut lines. By pressing portions inside the finger hole formation cut lines with a finger, ringlike tabs are formed. Further, creases 14a, 14b, and 17 are defined surrounding the two or two pairs of cut lines and the end cut lines.
